Ken (Butch) Hogarth
Owner & President
Ken founded Hogarth’s Pest Control with his wife, Holly, in 1994, growing the company from a one-truck operation into one of Northern Michigan’s leading pest and wildlife control providers. A recognized expert in wildlife management, Ken holds advanced industry certifications and was honored by the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) in 2025 as Wildlife Control Operator of the Year. He continues to provide company leadership while bringing more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience to the team
Holly Hogarth
Owner & Office Director
Holly co-founded Hogarth's Pest Control with Ken in 1994 and has been involved in nearly every aspect of the business, from field service to office operations. With a background in corporate event planning, she now oversees the company's office functions and helps ensure the team continues to deliver the dependable, personal service Hogarth's is known for.
Parker Hogarth
Vice President of Sales & Technical Services
Parker joined Hogarth’s Pest Control as a certified technician in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Western Michigan University. An expert in pest and wildlife management, Parker holds numerous advanced industry certifications and brings extensive field experience to complex pest and wildlife challenges. As Vice President of Sales & Technical Services, he leads the technician team and oversees technical standards, training, and sales.
Kendall Hogarth
Vice President of Operations
Kendall joined Hogarth's Pest Control in 2013 and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees day-to-day business operations, customer experience, scheduling, accounts receivable, contracts, and operational processes while helping coordinate the company's continued growth.
Donnie Turner

With nearly 30 years at Hogarth’s Pest Control, Donnie is an expert in pest and wildlife management and one of the company’s most experienced technicians. His extensive field knowledge, industry certifications, and commitment to exceptional service earned him national recognition as the National Pest Management Association’s Technician of the Year in 2024.
