Appointment Confirmation

An appointment is considered confirmed once Hogarth’s Pest Control has made an attempt to contact you with your scheduled service date and time via phone call, voicemail, email, or text message.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up until 5:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled service.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the day of service may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Hogarth’s Pest Control.

Cancellation Fees

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In certain situations, we may choose to waive cancellation fees; however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that contact information is accurate and that they are available or have provided necessary access for the scheduled service time.
